It was a still night and after packing up had an easy mostly free wheel down to Lamlash. I cycled on to Brodick, called in at the ferry office briefly then continued along the coast to check out the local Museum. As I expected it was closed. As I’ve mentioned before nothing much seems to happen or get opened in the mornings. I returned to Brodick to wait for the late morning ferry. As I wheeled my bike on board it started raining again. So I left as I arrived, in the rain. Back at Ardrossan I only had a short way to return to my car. The parking charges were incredibly low at only £2 per day.
